By limiting the number of manufacturers we represent, we are able to dedicate our time to working with plumbing engineers to help them to specify better quality products and to make their workflow more efficient. We also spend considerable time visiting plumbing contractors to demonstrate new products, and to provide face-to-face technical support.
By always being well educated on the products we sell, we proudly provide a factory representative feel for our manufacturers. We offer in-depth knowledge, immediate response, and trusted long-term relationships with engineers, contractors, and wholesalers throughout Florida. David joined the RSL team after having spent nearly twenty years as a professional plumber. Before joining RSL Sales, Caleb spent ten years working for another sales agency, covering the same Southwest Florida territory. Even as a competitor, Caleb was always friendly, engaging, and professional. Caleb is very strategic and thoughtful in his approach. He is very good at understanding both the wholesaler’s and the contractor’s needs, and how each supports the other. Caleb works together with David Knott to cover the southwest Florida market.

Before joining the RSL Team nearly 15 years ago, David spent time working in the field with one of the state's largest plumbing contractors. After apprenticing in the field, David moved into purchasing with this contractor. Spending time in the field, and on the other side of the desk, has given the unique perspective of being able to understand how he can best serve his customers.

As a founding partner, and our agency Principal, Lee has had a lifetime of experience in the plumbing industry. Calling on customers today that he delivered pipe nipples to as a teenager. During his time at RSL Sales, Lee has lived and worked in every major metropolitan area and has long-term
relationships with Owners & Principals throughout the state.
Daytona Beach - North Florida
Weston joined RSL Sales in July of 2019. Weston brought years of experience working with one of Daytona Beach's largest wholesalers to manage commercial quotes and contractor relations. Weston works throughout central and north Florida visiting plumbing engineers, plumbing contractors and wholesale distributors.

This is Leila-Barker, and she always lives up to her name. She is unrelenting and tenacious. What she has taught all of us is that you have to always go after that ball. Even if you get a mouthful of sand, you have to keep going after that ball!
